Why Join Us?Digital Room is an established US-based company with multiple locations and growing steadily each year.We offer exciting employee perks such as company-sponsored conferences, trainings, Lunch and Learn activities, annual team building with overnight stay, annual sportsfest, and quarterly lunches, to name a few.All these for a day-shift position at our office, located in the heart of Mandaluyong City.If you have what it takes, you may be the Marketing Analyst we are looking for.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESThe Marketing Analyst will play a key role for shaping the marketing strategies and establishing the best practices for analytics.He/she will be responsible for helping to drive traffic by reviewing data, developing new analytics, looking for insights and helping to deliver recommendations on how to continually improve our marketing campaigns.This role will support the consumer life cycle; including online conversion analytics, product profitability and pricing, customer behavior analysis and segmentation. Importantly, this role is a senior member of the analytics team and will bring strategic thought leadership and problem solving, team management, and stakeholder experience.• Prepare ad-hoc KPI, pricing reports and product performance reports• Monitor, Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets• Review and analyze all marketing efforts including performance by individual ad, media, and campaign to identify successful elements and work to continuously improve ad performance• Develop actionable insights and help formulate strategic direction of marketing efforts• Identify customer trends and recommend data-driven responses to help guide strategy and decision making within the Marketing organization• Conduct quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to support marketing decision making.• Make strategic recommendations backed up by data and analyzed trends• Work closely with functional groups across the company – print product, product, and marketing to grow revenue, and maximize margins• Other responsibilities assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required.
