Join GrowthAssistant as a Marketing Data Analyst and take ownership of building powerful, automated dashboards that fuel smarter decisions across marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement.If you love turning raw data into meaningful insights that move the business forward, this role is for you.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱80,000 - ₱90,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoDesign and build KPI dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) from scratch, integrating data from multiple sources across paid, owned, and earned channels.Connect and automate reporting from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.Track and visualize key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.Maintain and continuously improve dashboards as new products, campaigns, and channels are launched.Collaborate with the Head of Growth to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and visualization frameworks.Document all dashboard logic, data sources, and calculations for long-term scalability.Perform ad hoc data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.Must-Have Qualifications3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization.Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).Deep familiarity with DTC/eCommerce data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and paid ad platforms.Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and managing evolving priorities.Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with SQL or database querying.Background in DTC or eCommerce analytics roles.Experience setting up data connectors or APIs for marketing platforms.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
