ABOUT PATRICKSWe are PATRICKS, a cosmeceutical men’s skincare and haircare brand combining performance, design and sustainability.We’ve won awards from GQ, Esquire, Men’s Health and Robb Report. We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Marketing and NPD Coordinator to execute across marketing initiatives while also supporting new product development projects. This is a full-time role, 5 days per week in-office in Bondi Junction.Position OverviewThis is an execution role.We need someone who can implement, coordinate and deliver, not just oversee or manage. You will work closely with the Founders and Chief Growth Officer to bring marketing initiatives to life while ensuring NPD projects stay on track.The role is approximately:• 70% Marketing Execution• 30% NPD Coordination (admin + project tracking)You will be responsible for keeping multiple initiatives moving simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and tasks are completed accurately.Marketing ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Affiliate Management• Support TikTok Shop USA rollout and influencer engagement• Expand affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals • Diversify influencer targets for both organic and paid media• Track outreach, gifting, contracts and performanceTest Pilot Community Management• Support growth and engagement of the Test Pilot community• Coordinate product seeding and sampling• Organise structured feedback collection (surveys, follow-ups)• Compile and summarise insights for marketing and NPD teams• Maintain tracking of participants, feedback cycles and product iterationsLaunch Coordination• Own internal launch checklists to ensure all assets are delivered on time• Coordinate timelines across marketing, NPD, operations and digital• Ensure cross-functional alignment ahead of product launches• Track pre-launch and post-launch deliverablesCustomer Insight Tracking• Monitor and organise customer reviews and feedback• Compile recurring insight summaries for internal teams• Identify recurring themes, objections and opportunities• Assist in translating insights into marketing improvementsWebsite & CRO Contribution• Contribute to ongoing website optimisation by sharing insights from customer feedback, Test Pilots and product launches• Support rollout of educational and transparency content where relevant• Assist in coordinating improvements to PDPs and launch pages• Contribute ideas and execution support for conversion improvementsNPD Support Responsibilities (Approx. 15 hrs/week)• Maintain product development timelines and trackers• Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers• Track testing, compliance and documentation• Support packaging artwork coordination• Ensure NPD projects stay on scheduleAI & Systems Execution• Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and assist with research and summaries• Help build cleaner internal tracking systems This is coordination and admin support, not formulation or senior product strategy.Who You Are• Highly organised and structured• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once• Execution-focused, you get things done• Detail-oriented and reliable• Confident following up with external partners and internal teams• Comfortable working 5 days per week in-office• Curious about AI and willing to use it to work smarterExperience• 1–4 years in marketing coordination, digital marketing support, ecommerce or project coordination• Experience managing influencers, affiliates or community programs preferred• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms helpful• Cosmetics / FMCG experience a bonus, not requiredWhy Join Us• Work directly with founders in a fast-growing global brand• Exposure to high-level marketing, NPD and international growth• Opportunity to execute ambitious projects• Clear expectations and hands-on involvement
