Groundlvl drives impactful results by combining creativity and expertise in media and marketing.We specialise in filming real projects, machinery, site progress, people and stories, and turning them into clean engaging content for social media and project documentation.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a dependable mid weight videographer who enjoys being out on site and wants a long term position with consistent work and skill development.This is not a marketing manager or influencer role. It is a hands on filming job.This is a full-time hybrid role for a Videographer/Photographer based in Sydney, NSW, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves capturing high-quality video content and photographs, managing video production projects, operating professional camera equipment, and setting up lighting for various shoots. The successful candidate will ensure all creative outputs align with client branding and contribute to dynamic storytelling through visual media.QualificationsStrong skills in Video Production, Shooting Video, and managing end-to-end creation processesExperience in Camera Operation, including expertise with professional cameras and understanding of framing, focus, and technical adjustmentsProficiency with Lighting techniques and equipment suitable for both photography and video shootsAbility to collaborate with creative teams to align on visual storytelling goalsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with video editing software and post-production Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytellingBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Videography, Photography, Media Production, or a relevant field (preferred)RequirementsDriver’s licence and vehicleWhite Card (or willing to obtain)Camera suitable for professional work (mirrorless level acceptable)Willing to travel across Sydney and NSW when requiredDrone licence is beneficial but not essential.What we offerFull time stable roleConsistent weekly filming scheduleExposure to large infrastructure projectsOpportunity to grow into senior shooter or producer roleWork with high end cinema and drone equipmentSupportive small team environment
