About UsWe’re a growing creative agency in Brisbane, focused on brand building, design, and digital innovation. Our mission is to help clients strengthen their brand identity and online presence through compelling visuals, strategic storytelling, and smart tech integrations. As we expand, we’re looking for a driven intern who’s passionate about both design and technology to join our newly established team. We’ll guide you every step of the way.What You’ll DoSocial Media Management:Own the day-to-day operations of clients’ social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Draft, schedule, and publish posts that align with each client’s brand voice and campaign objectives.Monitor comments/messages and respond in a timely, on-brand manner.Content Creation & Design:Conceptualize and produce design assets (graphics, short videos, carousels) for both social media and web.Collaborate on branding exercises—logo tweaks, mood boards, style guides—to ensure visual consistency.Assist in developing on-brand templates (social posts, email headers, simple landing pages) using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.Tech-Driven Initiatives:Help set up and maintain basic automation workflows (e.g., social media scheduling tools, email drip sequences, or simple chat-bot setups).Support website updates (adding new content, updating banners, basic CSS/HTML edits) under guidance.Learn to use analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and pull simple performance reports.Marketing Strategy Support:Contribute ideas to social-first campaigns that build brand awareness and drive engagement.Research trending topics, hashtags, and relevant influencers for each client.Craft marketing proposals—outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets—and present them to the internal team (and occasionally, to clients).Collaboration & Growth:Attend weekly team check-ins to discuss progress, brainstorm creative concepts, and refine processes.Sit in on client calls/presentations alongside senior team members to learn best practices in pitching and client management.Receive mentorship and feedback on your designs, copy, and tech solutions, allowing you to improve rapidly.Who You AreDesign Enthusiast: You have basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) and enjoy creating visually appealing content.Tech Curious: You’re comfortable exploring simple web or automation tasks (e.g., editing a webpage, setting up a scheduling tool). Prior exposure to HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, or marketing automation platforms is a plus—but not mandatory.Creative Communicator: You write clearly and can adapt your tone to different brands. You know how to craft a caption that resonates with an audience.Eager Learner: You thrive on feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and are excited to dive into new tools (analytics dashboards, social publishing platforms).Organized & Reliable: You can juggle multiple tasks—proofreading a draft, scheduling posts, tweaking a design—and meet deadlines without dropping the ball.What You’ll GainHands-On Experience: Direct involvement in real client projects—see your ideas come to life on social feeds and websites.Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from experienced designers, marketers, and developers.
