HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As the Marketing and Sales Manager for Baume & Mercier in the Middle East, you will be pivotal in developing the brand's equity and awareness, attracting and developing a regional clientele, and driving sales across various channels. You will support the setup of our retailer network (wholesale) in the region, accelerating business growth and brand desirability. Your role involves orchestrating a 360° engagement plan and enabling the transformation of digital and client centricity within the regional organization. Your primary mission is to support the development of the Baume & Mercier brand in the Middle East by increasing brand awareness, equity, and desirability while engaging with retail partners and supporting them commercially.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the Marketing and Communication strategy, aligned with Headquarters guidelines. This includes developing marketing strategies and initiatives within budget, enhancing the brand's presence and image, managing all aspects of brand development, monitoring co-op marketing investments, overseeing marketing and communication events, maintaining relationships with local media, representing the brand to clientele, and benchmarking the competition.Monitor and develop sales by supporting the management of key accounts (POS visits, replenishments, best sellers implementation) and Boutiques.
