Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Marketing Apprentice to be based in London, UK.As a Marketing and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you'll engage in a dynamic blend of academic learning and practical application. Your week will be divided between dedicated study for your degree, and actively applying your evolving skills and knowledge within the workplace.Alongside the course, you will join us in connecting our core audiences with our powerful and engaging campaigns as well as support events that grow top of mind awareness of Red Bull among UK consumers that we don’t currently reach. You will gain a strong grounding in the core aspects of business and management, understand the environment and the context surrounding the business’ operations.Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll achieve a BA honors degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).Applications will close on Monday 1st December at 12pm.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Marketing SupportAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events. Maintain and update company databases. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing documents.Event and Partnership ActivationAssist in planning and coordinating sponsorship activations, sports events, and promotional activities. Support the execution of marketing campaigns for sports events, including pre-event promotion and post-event analysis. Collaborate with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and events. Provide on-site support during sports events, such as managing branding, promotional materials, and audience engagement activities.InterestsThis role is designed for someone passionate about marketing both traditional and specialised, and eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic and results-driven industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience.Course DetailsThis is a list of the main duties or tasks that the post holder will be expected to be competent in upon completion of the L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. Learn how to support the development of organisational strategies and plans. Understand how a project moves through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation. Learn how to plan, organise and manage resources in order to achieve organisational goalsLearn how to manage budgets, controlling expenditure and production of financial reports. Understand approaches to innovation and digital technologies and their impact on our organisation, and how their application can be used for organisational improvement and development. Learn to build teams, empower and motivate others to improve performance or achieve outcomes. Learn to build rapport and trust, develop networks and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels. Use evidence-based tools and ethical approaches to undertake problem solving and critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to support decision making. Drive to achieve in all aspects of work. Be flexible to the needs of the organisation.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Commitment to ongoing self-development and training including ability and willingness to commit to completion the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L6.
