This is a remote, part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time after 90 days based on performance.You will thrive here if you are confident in:* Running and analyzing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and using Google Analytics and Google Console* Crafting and managing outbound emails, text campaigns, and other outreach efforts* Tracking ad performance and assisting with campaign reports* Researching audiences, keywords, and competitor trends* Coordinating with the team on special promotions or seasonal campaigns* Keeping marketing folders, reports, and data organized in Google Drive* Understanding SEO best practices — from keyword optimization to improving website visibility* Managing Google Local Service Ads (GLSA) and Google Business Profiles (GMB) to boost local reach* Assisting with website updates and revisions, and supporting light website-building tasks when neededDetails:* Pay: $7/hr* Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours) * Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm* Start Date: January 1st* Remote positionIf you are eager to grow in digital marketing, work closely with an experienced Marketing Director, and make a measurable impact, this might be your spot.Why Bondoc Roofing?We are a family-run company with a mission to serve with excellence and lead with heart.
