Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO, AI tools, and digital innovation. This role focuses on transforming our online presence—updating websites, refreshing branding materials, creating data-driven marketing campaigns that attract and convert and lead generation. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with creative vision to deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Lead digital marketing strategy across all platforms to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion.Optimize company websites for search engine performance, user experience (UI/UX), and mobile responsiveness.Update and redesign websites to ensure a fresh, modern, and innovative brand presence.Use AI toolsto streamline content creation, campaign analysis, and ad optimization.Manage and grow company social media handles, creating cohesive branding and engaging content.Design marketing materials including posters, digital ads, and promotional graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.Plan and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, backlink building, on-page and off page optimization, and analytics tracking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and design) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports highlighting progress and insights.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management.Proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).Familiar with UI/UX best practices and website builders such as WordPress, Webflow, or Wix.Excellent design sense with experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and online advertising trends.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Experience implementing AI automation tools for marketing workflow.Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization.Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.Compensation:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.How to Apply:Submit your resume, portfolio, and a short note describing a recent project where you used AI or SEO to improve website performance.
