Candidates must possess a positive attitude and be eager to work on various projects with a cohesive, demanding team.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channelsAssist in creating and editing marketing materials, social media content, and client communications while ensuring brand and compliance standardsHelp manage website and social media updates, track engagement, and report on campaign performanceHelp coordinate marketing of client events, webinars, and sponsorship activities, including logistics and follow-upMaintain marketing databases to support campaign tracking and reportingCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and executionProvide administrative and project support to the brand team as neededUse Adobe Creative Suite to create and update marketing materialsManage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platformPerform other tasks and duties as required and assignedExperience And SkillsBachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldExperience in coordinating and executing financial services marketing: branding, advertising, campaign creation, e-mail and social media marketing, events, and strategic planning5+ years of relevant corporate experience preferredPrevious financial background not required, but strong interest in learning the financial services industry is a mustHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)Highly proficient in Salesforce marketing cloudExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organizationHighly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiencyExcellent client service skillsAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerWhat We OfferAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $70,000-$75,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
