At Kosmic, we value high-quality products, motivated teams, and a positive store culture to achieve sustainable growth.Position: Marketing Manager / Brand ManagerDepartment: MarketingLocation: Kosmic Beauty Store – CambodiaReports to: General Manager Works closely with: Sales Team, Store Manager, Purchasing, Stock/Warehouse, KOLs/PartnersJob PurposeTo grow Kosmic Beauty’s sales and brand awareness by planning and executing marketing campaigns (online + in-store), strengthening brand identity, managing content and social media, and driving customer acquisition and retention through strong commercial marketing.Key Responsibilities1) Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop monthly/quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets and business priorities.Define campaign calendar (launches, promotions, seasonal events, in-store activities).Plan budgets and allocate spend across platforms (Meta/TikTok/Google, influencers, events, production).2) Brand ManagementOwn brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints (store, social media, ads, visuals, tone of voice).Create/maintain brand guidelines for content, design, and communication.Ensure high-quality storytelling and positioning for Kosmic and partner brands.3) Campaign Execution (Online + In-store)Lead end-to-end campaigns: briefing, content, assets, execution, store coordination, and reporting.Coordinate with the Sales team on in-store execution (displays, promo mechanics, staff briefing).Work with Stock/Warehouse to ensure product readiness (availability, fast movers, bundles, GWP).Manage promotional mechanics (vouchers, bundles, Purchase-on-Purchase, giveaways, etc.).4) Content & Social Media ManagementLead content planning and production: photos, videos, stories, livestream support (if applicable).Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram/others if used).Ensure content is aligned with brand direction and drives engagement + conversions.Guide store team contributions (product videos, stories) and maintain quality control.5) Influencer / KOL & PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage KOL/influencer collaborations and PR activities.Build PR boxes and gifting plans (including local brand collaborations when applicable).Coordinate events, pop-ups, and external activations with partners and malls/venues.6) Paid Media & Performance MarketingPlan and manage paid ads (Meta/TikTok/Google) or oversee agencies/freelancers.Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, traffic, conversions, engagement) and optimize regularly.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and offers.7) Reporting & InsightsReport weekly/monthly results: campaign performance, best sellers, customer insights, competitor updates.Use data to improve future campaigns and refine product focus and promotions.8) Team / Vendor Management Manage marketing staff (designer, content creator, coordinator) and external vendors.Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, printers, and agencies.KPIs / Performance MeasuresSales impact from campaigns (revenue contribution, uplift vs baseline)Store traffic growth (footfall / online inquiries, depending on tracking)Social growth & engagement (reach, engagement rate, follower growth)Paid ads performance (ROAS, CPA/CPC, conversion results)Campaign execution quality (on-time delivery, store readiness, brand consistency)Requirements3–5 years experience in marketing (beauty/retail/FMCG preferred).Strong knowledge of social media, content creation, and campaign planning.Experience running paid ads or managing agencies (Meta/TikTok/Google is a plus).Strong communication and project management skills; able to coordinate cross-functionally.Comfortable analyzing results and presenting insights.Languages: Khmer and English required.Skills & CompetenciesCreative + commercial mindset (brand + sales focus)Strong planning and execution disciplineData-driven decision makingExcellent communication, negotiation, and teamworkProactive, takes initiative, problem solverHow to ApplyIf you are interested, please send your CV to: gm.kosmicbeauty@gmail.com
