Marketing Communication Manager

As Şans Girişim Joint Venture, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will manage and develop marketing communication activities based on the strategic marketing plan and brand positioning objectives.As the Marketing Communications Manager, you willManage advertising, media, and agencies effectively according to brand strategies,Create communication strategies for brands. Plan & prepare communication strategies according to target groups,Execute 360-degree marketing communication strategies of products, achieving an increase in brand engagement. (Manage ATL and BTL marketing asset production and execution, resulting in an increase in campaign effectiveness.)Develop and execute social media strategies to align with the company’s overall marketing and communication objectives,Follow communication and design trends in other categories, especially in the sports category, and contributing to the vision of the team/agency,Prepare the annual budget, and communication/media plan for the brand and contribute to prepare the marketing plan,Ensure that the team directly reporting to him/her performs at a high level, finds opportunities to develop themselves professionally and personally,Work in coordination with the Product Management and Trade Marketing departments,Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance and maintain the brands reputation,Create and execute crises communication plans to respond effectively to potential issues.
