Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator assists with building, launching, and managing the technology that powers Tomorrow Funded. What We DoTomorrow Funded is a financial wellness and communication program designed for employers who sponsor workplace retirement plans. Our mission is to help employees make smarter financial decisions, reduce financial stress, and build confidence in their long-term financial future. We partner with financial advisory firms and employers to deliver targeted education and one-on-one financial coaching using data-driven technology and personalized communication.About the JobThis role combines marketing automation, data management, and creative content development. Hands-on HubSpot experience  is a must have to be successful in this role.  Position will be managing contact data, building automated workflows, and executing multi-channel communication campaigns. This position will also play a key role in expanding our content library, developing visually engaging and video-based financial wellness resources for employee audiences.What You BringBachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, related field or equivalent years of relevant working experience Min. of 5+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in a technology-enabled or professional services environmentProven proficiency with HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, CRM lists, reporting dashboards)Strong analytical and data management skills, including Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data import/export)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience producing or editing video content (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools)Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plusWhat You GetA work environment that creates balance where teamwork and support are strong, where employees feel valued and empowered, making success a shared and natural achievement.
