MarComms Manager, Indonesia, AnyMind Group Responsible for driving the positioning and awareness of the company, the marketing and communications team plays a central role in building, maintaining and advocating AnyMind Group with all key stakeholders. Driving forward AnyMind Group’s position as industry and thought leaders is paramount and the team works closely together to ensure a globally aligned strategy. About the roleIn order to drive the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company’s growth – we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic marcomms professional to join our successful team and play a key role in driving our corporate story. The position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to take ownership of a diverse set of B2B marketing and communication programs and help to manage AnyMind Group’s reputation with external and internal stakeholders. The role will be based in [Jakarta, Indonesia]. The selected candidate will also work adjacent with a remote marketing and communications team across the region. Responsibilities MarketingResearch target market information, and identify, design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Indonesia market to create and increase brand awareness, disseminating a brand message that resonates with AnyMind’s target demographic, and to keep clients (new, established, and potential) aware of company’s business activitiesLocalize the global marcomms strategy to fit audiences in the Indonesia marketPlan, organize, and execute marketing functions and operations and ensure they project a cohesive brand voiceLiaise with cross-functional internal teams to agree on and deliver a communications strategyManage the Indonesia marketing budget and plan marketing initiatives within the budgetDevelop and execute a content strategy that positions the company as an industry thought leader and engages the target audienceLocalize or repurpose content marketing initiatives when necessaryContribute to the maintenance and updating of owned media, including websites and external portals Lead owned, earned, and paid events, including the creation of marketing assets and speaking contentIdentify relevant award opportunities and develop award submissionsCommunicationsBe the key contact point for relevant media, and execute on proactive and reactive media engagementFoster media relations with journalists, and provide relevant media stakeholders with a reliable and trusted resource for company informationDraft, localize and pitch company announcements, including press releases and interviewsSupport HR for recruitment branding initiatives and contentSupport internal communication efforts locally, including employee communications and internal company events Support internal communication campaigns when necessarySupport the development of social media content for various channelsOthersTrack and report on outcomes for various marketing and communications initiativesWork with various teams including product and business departmentsSupport various branding initiativesRequirements:5+ years of professional experience in marketing and/or communicationsAbility to thrive in a rapid, agile, and ambiguous growth environmentGood understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture in IndonesiaThe appetite and ability to thrive in uncertainty and will need to rapidly become a trusted influencer who can build strong shared alignment, goals, and partnershipsProven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plansStrategic and creative thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actionable plansStrong writing and comprehension skills in bahasa and English alongside excellent communication skills Excellent in project management with high quality and attention to detail Results-driven and a willing learnerEligibility to work in Thamrin, Jakarta.
