Marketing Executive (Engineering / IT products)

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities for the Engineering Division, including events, exhibitions, seminars, and trade showsManage end-to-end event execution: vendor coordination, booth setup, marketing materials, logistics, and post-event follow-upDevelop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentation decks, case studies, and product/service overviews in collaboration with engineering teamsSupport lead generation campaigns (online and offline) and ensure proper tracking and follow-up of leadsWork closely with Sales and Engineering teams to convert marketing leads into new business opportunitiesMaintain and update prospect and lead databases, ensuring data accuracyCoordinate with external agencies, designers, and printers when requiredMonitor and report on marketing activity performance, including leads generated, event ROI, and campaign effectivenessEnsure all marketing activities align with company branding and messaging guidelinesJob RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably supporting engineering, technical, or industrial sectorsProven experience in organizing events and exhibitionsStrong understanding of lead generation and basic sales funnel conceptsAbility to work closely with technical teams and translate complex engineering solutions into clear marketing messagesGood project management and coordination skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage
