Job Description

Objective:The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across all Soho Hospitality brands. This role focuses on creating compelling content, managing media relations, and leading PR and marketing communication campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s story to both internal and external audiences.The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and hands-on communicator who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and align all messaging with the company’s business objectives.Responsibilities:Marketing Communications StrategyDevelop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to support brand positioning and business goals.Drive cohesive communication across all platforms, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.Plan, manage, and execute annual PR calendars, campaigns, and communication initiatives.Public Relations & Media ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize brand exposure.Manage press releases, media kits, and feature stories to ensure accurate brand representation.Coordinate and host media visits, interviews, and press events.Content Creation & Digital CommunicationsOversee development of engaging content for digital channels (social media, website, e-newsletters).Collaborate with internal teams to produce campaigns that strengthen brand engagement.Monitor media and social sentiment, ensuring prompt and appropriate communication responses.Brand Campaigns & PromotionsSupport the execution of integrated campaigns, launches, and brand collaborations.Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align communication initiatives with seasonal promotions and events.Ensure all marketing materials and visual assets adhere to brand guidelines.Performance Tracking & ReportingMeasure campaign effectiveness through PR value, digital reach, and engagement KPIs.Analyze communication performance data and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications / PR / Branding, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industries.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.Strong background in public relations, brand storytelling, and digital communication.Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai.Proven ability to craft press materials, communication copy, and digital content.Creative thinker with strong project management and multitasking skills.Experienced in handling agencies, media partners, and influencers.Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailjet, Canva, and Asana.Experienced leader and collaborator.
