Skills (Must-Have):Detail-orientedStrong writing proficiencyProject managementCommunication and stakeholder collaborationSkills (Nice-to-Have):Website/content management experience (e.g., WordPress)Familiarity with Scrovito (internal CMS tool; training provided)Technical RequirementsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)General business acumenMust demonstrate excellent operational and project management skillsCommunications and writing skillsResourcefulnessAbility to work effectively within a matrixed organization. Responsibilities:Assists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches. Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint toolsManages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners. Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for salesManages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter. The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs. Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows. Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness. Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns. Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
