Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sri Lanka. The individual will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals. Responsibilities include creating promotional content, managing social media channels, organizing events, analyzing marketing analytics, and supporting public relations initiatives. This role also involves cultivating partnerships and enhancing Chrysalis’s brand image and reach within the community. Qualifications Marketing and Campaign Management skills, including digital marketing and event coordinationContent Creation and Copywriting expertise for both print and digital channelsSocial Media Management experience and knowledge of social media trendsStrong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insightsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaborativelyExperience in community engagement or working with NGOs is a plusProficiency in graphic design and multimedia software is advantageous
