We are seeking a dynamic and creative person to join our team and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of marketing experience or recent graduation with a marketing focus, impeccable writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting various marketing and sales activities. What you’ll be doing:Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels; including digital, social media, emails, and events.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, automated email programs, press releases, and more.Manage and maintain a content schedule, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with campaign plans.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the team to drive continuous improvement.Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles with relevant and up-to-date content.Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to suggest innovative ideas. What you’ll need to be considered for this position:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates with a marketing focus are encouraged to apply).Fluency in English and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and an intuition for maintaining brand consistency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.Familiarity with managing and creating business social media pages and content.General or strong familiarity with creating, managing, and analyzing email drip/automation campaigns.Basic graphic design skills, in particular, familiarity with CanvaExcellent time-management skills and the ability to flexibly prioritize many different responsibilities across multiple roles and companies in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the marketing field. Things that will strengthen your application, but aren’t necessarily required:1-2 years of professional marketing experience.General knowledge of WordPress.
