We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us connect these services with the people who need them most.Role PurposeAs a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving demand generation across our Communities Services portfolio- bringing our campaigns and community initiatives to life. From local area marketing campaigns, events and activations, to building supportive collateral and branded material, you’ll be involved in every step- coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring our brand is visible and impactful across NSW and the ACT.You’ll also analyse campaign performance, provide insights to optimise results, and support the delivery of both planned and reactive marketing activities. This is a role where creativity meets organisation, and where your work will directly help people access essential support services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver local area marketing (LAM) campaigns.Manage campaign assets across SEM, social media, events, and collateral.Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for future activity.Organise and support events that promote our services locally.Brief and manage BAU marketing projects such as updating and creating service-based brochures, branded collateral, merchandise, and website copy updates (for existing pages).Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure marketing activity is executed in a timely and effective manner.Support the implementation of marketing plans across Communities services.Qualifications And ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar roleStrong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlinesKnowledge of digital marketing channels (SEM, social media).
