As they continue to grow their global fan base and deepen their connection with supporters, they are looking for an exceptional Marketing & Digital Director to spearhead the next phase of their journey.This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape the Club’s marketing and digital strategy end-to-end from brand development and fan acquisition to digital innovation and commercial growth.As Marketing & Digital Director, you will run the Club’s marketing and digital functions, own the full-funnel strategy, and align closely with other commercial teams. You will drive awareness, engagement, and sales across Harlequins’ products, from Season Ticket Memberships to matchday experiences, while directing the evolution of one of rugby’s most distinctive brands. You will be responsible for:Developing and executing the Club’s marketing strategy in line with commercial and brand objectives.Growing the fan base through data-led campaigns, innovative content, and digital engagement.Championing the Harlequins brand, balancing heritage with forward-thinking creativity.Driving commercial outcomes across men’s and women’s programmes, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI.Managing a high-performing team that brings energy, innovation, and precision to every project.Delivering best-in-class creative and digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.Supporting commercial growth across key products such as Season Tickets, Hospitality, and Retail.Accelerating growth of Harlequins Women’s Programme through integrated, insight-led campaigns.Strengthening collaboration across departments and with external partners.Implementing performance reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.Lead innovation across the full fan journey from digital discovery to matchday experience.We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded marketing leader who can balance creativity with strategy. Bold, creative and commercially driven — a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments, you will know how to build meaningful fan connections and deliver campaigns that cut through. You will bring senior-level experience in marketing within sport, entertainment or consumer brands, a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, paid media, CRM, and fan data along with proven success in multi-channel campaigns and brand development projects.
