About Sapio ConsultingSapio Consulting is a specialist recruitment and talent advisory firm connecting the best PR, Communications, and Marketing professionals with ambitious organisations — from innovative scale-ups to global market leaders.We’re proud to work across Technology, Venture Capital, Financial Services, listed corporates and MarComms agencies, helping our clients build world-class marketing and comms teams.We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing strategy — driving awareness, engagement, and growth through data-led digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, content and community-building.Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will own Sapio’s end-to-end marketing function — developing multi-channel campaigns that grow our brand, attract quality clients and candidates, and position Sapio as a thought leader in marketing and communications recruitment.This is a hands-on role spanning paid media, SEO, content, website management, analytics, events, and lead generation.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing, Paid Media & SEOPlan, execute and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads) to attract both clients and candidates.Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, and performance reporting to maximise ROI.Oversee SEO strategy — from keyword research and content optimisation to technical improvements — to grow organic visibility.Collaborate on landing pages and lead funnels that convert traffic into high-quality leads.Content & Brand StorytellingCreate and manage engaging content — blogs, newsletters, social posts, reports, and videos — that position Sapio as an authority in talent, marketing, and communications.Partner with consultants to amplify personal brands on LinkedIn and build thought leadership.Ensure consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.Website & ConversionOwn the company website: manage updates, content, UX improvements and lead capture tools.Use analytics to monitor user journeys and optimise for conversion and engagement.Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve traffic quality.Events & Community MarketingPlan and deliver Sapio-hosted events, webinars, and roundtables to grow brand awareness and strengthen relationships.Collaborate with partners and industry bodies on sponsorships and co-branded initiatives.Analytics & InsightsSet clear KPIs for digital and content performance, reporting regularly to leadership.Analyse campaign data to uncover insights, improve targeting, and inform strategy.Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Business Development EnablementWork closely with consultants to support BD activity through campaigns, collateral and automation.Develop lead nurturing and remarketing initiatives.Contribute to research and insight reports showcasing Sapio’s market expertise.Skills & Experience4–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, recruitment, or professional services.Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.Strong copywriting and creative content development skills.Confident in analytics and reporting; comfortable using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools.Experience managing websites (e.g., WordPress or Webflow) and using marketing automation.Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive.
