We believe in community involvement, exceptional service,and a whole lot of fun!We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy andexecution across all locations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in afast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for local marketing, brandbuilding, and team leadership.Position OverviewThe Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executingcomprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness forour Andy’s Frozen Custard franchise locations. This role blends strategic planning withhands-on execution, overseeing local store marketing, digital campaigns, communityengagement and promotions. Continual collaboration with the Director of Operationsand owners to ensure marketing is achieving the correct goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned withfranchise business goals.• Collaborate with the Andy’s corporate marketing team to ensure brandconsistency and leverage national campaigns.• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to informmarketing strategy.Local Store Marketing• Create and manage store-level marketing initiatives to drive traffic andincrease repeat visits.• Plan and execute grand openings, seasonal promotions, fundraising events, andcommunity partnerships.• Work with store managers to support in-store marketing efforts and improvecustomer engagement.Digital Marketing & Social Media• Oversee local digital marketing efforts including paid social, Google ads, SEO,and email campaigns.• Manage local social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) toengage the community and promote offers.• Track and report on performance metrics to optimize spend and improve ROI.Community Engagement• Build relationships with schools, sports teams, non-profits, and localorganizations to increase brand presence.• Develop and manage programs like “Spirit Nights” and other communityfundraising initiatives.Team Management & Collaboration• Lead and grow the marketing team or coordinate with agency partners asneeded.• Collaborate closely with operations, training, and HR to ensure marketingsupports broader business objectives.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.• Experience in marketing, preferably in QSR, retail, or franchiseenvironments.• Strong understanding of local marketing, event planning, and digitaladvertising.• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing tools, andmarketing analytics.• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.• Passion for community, customer service, and brand experience.Why Join Us?• Be part of a growing, high-energy team with a strong connection to thecommunity.• Opportunity to shape the marketing function from the ground up.• Enjoy delicious frozen custard…frequently.• Competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefits package.
