Job descriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director (SVP level) to lead our marketing organization within the Food sector. This role is responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving growth, and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that strengthen market position and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong leadership, commercial insight, and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives across multiple brands and product categories.Lead brand management, communications, innovation, and digital marketing functions to drive brand equity and market share growth.Identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing and product innovation.Partner closely with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities and operational capabilities.Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and cost efficiency.Lead new product development (NPD) and go-to-market strategies, from concept to launch.Drive integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, and Trade Marketing).Oversee market research, data analytics, and category management to support decision-making.Build and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear goals, KPIs, and leadership development plans.Represent the company externally, acting as brand ambassador with partners, agencies, and media.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Food or FMCG industry.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that deliver business growth.Strong knowledge of brand management, consumer insights, digital marketing, and product innovation.Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios across diverse markets.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
