Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our multi-brand restaurant group, covering Italian Food, Thai, Fusion cuisine, and catering/hospitality services.ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing strategies that align with the brand vision and sales objectivesAnalyze competitors, customer insights, food trends, and consumer behaviorDefine key messages, campaign concepts, and promotional strategiesCollaborate with chefs to create product concepts, including new menus, set menus, and add-on itemsManage agencies by providing clear briefs, reviewing creative work, monitoring timelines, and evaluating campaign performanceWork closely with chefs, restaurant managers, and senior management to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and results are trackedMonitor sales and campaign performance, and prepare monthly performance reportsOversee KPIs and measurable marketing performance across online channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Food Delivery platformsQualificationsMore than 5 years of marketing experience (F&B or restaurant industry preferred)Strong analytical and strategic planning skillsAbility to manage multiple brands and fast-paced campaignsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaborationExperience with social media, online ads, and marketing analytics toolsCandidates with experience, knowledge, or interest in Italian food, Thai, Fusion restaurants, or catering business will be given
