Job Description

To develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that strengthens brand equity, drives lead generation, supports sales efforts, and positions Leader Systems as a leader in technology and consultation—especially within the government and B2B domains.⸻📌 Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine and evolve the brand identity of Leader Systems (and all sub-brands).Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline channels.Coordinate brand architecture for multiple verticals (municipal, health, education, SMB). Campaign Planning & ExecutionDesign and run integrated marketing campaigns for awareness, product launches, and lead generation.Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with sales cycles and product/service launches. Content & Media DevelopmentOversee creation of high-quality content including brochures, decks, short videos, case studies, and social media material.Work closely with the “Media Lab” or creative teams to ensure content aligns with company tone and target audience. Market IntelligenceConduct market research, competitive analysis, and client segmentation to inform strategy.Provide data-driven insights to help vertical directors and sales teams better understand industry needs. Lead Generation & Funnel OptimizationWork with Sales to define ideal customer profiles and campaigns that convert.Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel—from awareness to qualified leads. Event & Partnership MarketingManage participation in industry expos, government forums, investment events, etc.Develop co-marketing initiatives with key technology and government partners. Digital MarketingLead SEO/SEM, social media, paid advertising, and website content management.Drive digital presence for platforms like Jihazi.com, Lectronic.com, and others (when relevant). KPI Tracking & ReportingTrack marketing performance (leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion).Report monthly and quarterly results to executive leadership. Support Localization & Industry CustomizationCustomize messaging and materials for each industry sector (Municipal, Health, etc.)Coordinate with industry directors to prepare localized marketing kits.⸻👥 Team Oversight (Optional Depending on Size)Content ManagersDigital Marketing SpecialistsDesignersPR/Media OfficersEvent Coordinators⸻
