The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Director with expertise in growing brands online and excellent English communication with proven expertise in:A minimum of two digital marketing channelsCreating effective copy for marketing campaignsCreating, setting up and optimizing marketing campaignsSetting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reportsWe are seeking a qualified marketing expert to create strategies to include tasks, timeline and set quarterly metrics to:Generating job postingsEnsuring job postings receive candidatesProactive to ensure all marketing channels including SEO, social and paid hit quarterly target goalsImproving on-site user metrics and engagement to improve retention rates and returning visitorsRequired Skills:Business minded digital marketing expert with a hungry Go Getter attitudeEffective team leader and hands on expertExpert knowledge in analytics and at least two digital marketing channels7+ years growing brands online with proven digital marketing expertise in at least two channels (i.e. seo, paid, social, etc.)Excellent English speaking and writing skillsDeep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.)Strong copywriting for ads and campaignsProven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing resultsIdeation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are metOyster Link offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND profit sharing.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.
