Marketing Growth Executive – Lead Generation, Market Development and Partner EnablementRole OverviewWe’re seeking a data-driven, tool-savvy Marketing Growth Executive to lead in-house demand generation campaigns, optimize Salesforce workflows, and drive partner collaboration across ANZ. You’ll own the end-to-end funnel—from campaign design to lead conversion tracking—while developing field readiness materials that enable sales and partner teams to execute with precision. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Lead GenerationDesign and execute in-house market development campaigns across digital, email, and event channels.Build and manage lead generation workflows in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring clean data capture, segmentation, and scoring.Track campaign performance using dashboards, attribution models, and conversion metrics.Collaborate with SDRs and sales teams to optimize lead handoff and follow-up sequences**.Marketing & CollaborationCo-develop joint campaigns with strategic partners, aligning messaging, assets, and execution timelines.Manage partner onboarding kits, co-branded materials, and campaign calendars.Facilitate cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and partner teams to maximis e reach and ROI.Field Enablement & ReadinessCreate field readiness materials including pitch decks, battlecards, vertical briefs, and objection-handling guides.Coordinate enablement sessions and feedback loops with sales and partner managers.Maintain a central repository of campaign assets and training modules for easy access and version control.Tools & Platforms experienceSalesforce (SFDC)Campaigns, lead tracking, reporting, and partner attribution.Marketing Automation HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot for email and nurture flows.Analytics & Dashboards Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.Enablement Platforms Highspot, Seismic, or Notion for content delivery.Skills & Experience3–5 years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.Hands-on experience with Salesforce campaign management and lead lifecycle trackingProven success in partner marketingor co-branded campaign execution for new market development.Strong copywriting and content packaging skills for field enablement.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.What Success Looks LikeIncreased MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through optimized lead flows.High engagement and ROI from partner-led campaignsField teams equipped with actionable, on-brand materials that accelerate deal velocity.New logo acquisition and market development
