No micromanaging — just a team that gets sh*t done and takes pride in delivering exceptional work for our clients.About the role We’re looking for a strategic Account Manager to take ownership of our client relationships and ensure campaigns deliver strong, measurable results.You’ll be the bridge between our clients and delivery teams (SEO, Ads, Web, and Content). Your mission: keep clients happy, informed, and growing — while proactively spotting opportunities and leading conversations that drive better results.This isn’t a reactive, “check-in and send a report” role. You’ll bring energy, insight, and initiative — helping clients make smarter marketing decisions and helping our team stay aligned and accountable.What you’ll be doing Client Relationships & CommunicationBe the primary point of contact for all client communication.Lead regular strategy and check-in calls (monthly or fortnightly).Translate technical SEO, Ads, and web data into simple business insights.Build trust with clients by being proactive, transparent, and consistent.Strategic Insight & GrowthAnalyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.Propose data-driven actions to enhance results (e.g., new landing pages, ad tests, keyword opportunities).Run monthly or quarterly reviews to discuss performance and next steps.Spot upsell opportunities and recommend new services that align with client goals.Keep a pulse on client business changes (new locations, offers, staff) and adjust strategy accordingly.Review key deliverables before they’re sent to clients.Reporting & AccountabilityGather data from SEO and Ads teams, summarize results clearly for clients.Deliver monthly performance reports that include recommendations and next steps.Track key account metrics: CPL, lead volume, and retention.Keep ClickUp tasks, client dashboards, and meeting notes up-to-date.Who you areYou’re the kind of person who’s equal parts relationship-builder and problem-solver.
