Job DescriptionRole OverviewThis role is a varied position that supports a wide breadth of marketing functions in the promotion and growth of Holland America Line within the UK & Irish markets. You will work closely with and take direction from the senior marketing manager in overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the online & offline consumer & trade marketing activities and eventsSupporting the wider sales, marketing and commercial teams in executing the UK strategy, in order to achieve the sourcing targets and growth objectives.This pivotal role will involve:Support with the planning and activation of a 360-marketing plan (digital and print), with paid media partners and ensure that the GTM activation is achieved for each campaign. Complete creative briefs, provide brand content and promotional information, review and proof media placements within the agreed plan. Collaborate with the US creative team and/or UK freelance designer to brief and deliver UK & Ireland market print and digital collateral. Plan, brief and execute direct marketing campaigns for the Holland America UK database, to deliver commercial objectives. Communicate all consumer led marketing activity to the wider team and contact centre on a regular basis. This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. Experience of writing creative briefs and go-to-market activation. Asana experiences desirable. Experience of planning, building and deploying Email campaigns. HTML experience desirable.
