Title: Marketing ManagerStart: January 2026Reporting to: CEOLocation: London / Flexi - WFHMagic Stamp is the fastest growing loyalty app in the UK. We’ve moved the paper loyalty cards that customers love into an app which ensures they are never lost, stop cluttering the wallet and reduce the environmental impact. For the business it’s a great way of rewarding their loyal customers whilst gaining data and insight which can be used to encourage them to spend more, more often. We’re growing rapidly in most sectors including coffee shops/cafe's, Fast Casual dining, pubs, retail, barber shops/salons/beauty, scaling globally (currently in 51 countries).We’re now building the team for our next phase of growth. The Marketing Manager is a new role and will be joining a successfully growing tech firm with a 'huge' pipeline and warm prospect list. This is a chance to build your career with a mature, fun and dynamic company, with the desire to change the culture of all physical retail. The position will also require experience working with a cross-functional team as it relates to product development and global go-to-market strategies, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.Main DutiesParticipate in the strategy, development, execution and management of the marketing strategy Product messaging and positioningE-campaignsEvent planning and managementFull digital & social strategy and managementCollaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, Development and Customer Success to implement strong market feedback mechanisms for competitive, validation of messaging and product featuresParticipate in a practice for marketing test-and-learn programs to maximize resources that lead to scalable digital and acquisition programs while continuously improving the consumer experience and adding positive sales ROIMaintain a strong working knowledge of  product(s) as well as existing and future competitorsExperience & QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in Product Marketing ideally in a scale-up, fast-growth SaaS applicationExperience in working closely with marketing and sales teams to translate product positioning to sales successExperience in creating and maintaining external facing materials across multiple industries and regionsExperience executing varied go-to-market strategiesAbility and willingness to review processes for efficiency and effectiveness through appropriate measurement standardsExcellent writing and digital presentation skills, with fluency in EnglishProven consensus building ability to gain key stakeholder alignmentEssentialProven ability to mix strategic thinking with hands-on executionProven ability to work collaboratively across key stakeholders including product, sales and marketingPresence to be able to influence the teamProven ability to be flexible and a strong drive for results, both independently and in a team environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesGood analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailCollaborative approach and willingness to compromise to find solutionsA results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment and maintains a calm approach and sound judgement when operating under pressureGood interpersonal, facilitative and negotiation skills;Highest levels of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriateWhy Should You Apply?Base Salary Guide (Depending on Candidate) - £35,000+Extremely rewarding place to workInvests in your future successPassionate about technology & obsessed with user experienceA perfect time to join a growing brandExcellent benefitsMonthly social events
