Whether it's covering major events, exploring historical narratives, or analysing the latest trends, you'll be part of a business that values expertise, originality, and impact.Your new role As Marketing Executive, you'll lead the planning and execution of fully integrated campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and qualified sales. You'll manage multichannel initiatives including email, social, and paid media while optimising competitions and content to capture valuable customer data. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you'll ensure brand consistency, track performance, and continuously improve campaign KPIs through a test-and-learn approach. This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence strategy, drive ROI, and shape customer engagement across the full funnel. What you'll need to succeed 3+ years previous experience in Marketing.Experience using software to build and execute marketing communications (MailChimp, HubSpot, Dotdigital, ContentCal tec)Have an understanding of writing content for web/email and the ability to proofread and editExcellent management skills for managing numerous campaigns, across multiple channelsExperience/knowledge of using landing pages and automated email journeysExperience of tracking, measurement and analytics of digital marketing content performanceExperience within the publishing environment or a background in subscriptions and e-commerce is highly advantageousWhat you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established brand with a loyal audience and a strong digital presence.
