Marketing Executive

JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVEREPORTS TO: MARKETING MANAGERLOCATION: PHNOM PENHSALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLEDevelop and execute monthly content calendars for key social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Manage paid social media campaigns, including content boosting, audience targeting, budgeting, and duration.Continuously monitor and adjust ongoing campaigns to ensure optimal reach, engagement, and effectiveness.Regularly update and maintain corporate website content, including blogs, news articles, and product information.Design and create new landing pages for specific marketing campaigns and product launches.Draft compelling and engaging marketing content for various digital platforms.Coordinate effectively with design teams to ensure the creation of high-quality visual assets.Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.Conduct marketing research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.Others tasks assigned by manager.Job RequirementBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Mailchimp)Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plusStrong writing, communication, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyFamiliarity with website content management systems and digital reporting toolsStrong analytical skills for data interpretation, tracking key metrics, and presenting insights.Good command of English
