Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to execute and manage the end-to-end marketing plans designed for SV Digital across social media, events, paid media, content, podcast, and thought-leadership initiatives.This person will work directly with the Director of Growth & Marketing to bring the company’s marketing strategy to life through consistent execution, research, coordination, and reporting.The ideal candidate is organized, creative, proactive, and tech-savvy, someone who thrives in managing integrated 360 marketing initiatives, collaborating across departments, and using AI tools to drive smarter, faster marketing delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution & Calendar ManagementExecute all monthly marketing initiatives and campaigns as per the SV Digital master plan.Manage the marketing calendar (social media, events, podcast, awards, campaigns).Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Design, and Production) to ensure all deliverables are on track.Schedule weekly cross-department meetings to review updates, gather inputs, and align on the SV Digital brand’s ongoing marketing priorities.Maintain weekly progress updates and campaign performance summaries for leadership review.Social Media & Content MarketingCreate and manage social media content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.Draft ad copy, captions, and carousel content aligned with SV Digital’s tone of voice.Repurpose content across multiple formats (reels, short videos, carousels, case study posts).Support in creating AI-powered contentQC and publish final content on company pages as per schedule, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.Event Marketing Research upcoming industry and trade events relevant to the agency.Prepare event content kitsHandle pre-event promotions and post-event content, including PR-style posts and performance recaps.Maintain a shared tracker of all upcoming and completed events with key contacts and ROI notes.Lead Generation Support & Website Updates Support implementation of funnel-based campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, and email).Draft and update landing page/website content in collaboration with design/web teams.Track inbound leads, maintain lead sheets, and support optimization efforts.Assist in preparing client-facing decks, proposals, and presentations as required.AI-Enhanced Marketing OperationsExplore and use AI tools to automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve workflow.Support in content ideation, video scripting, and research using AI.Create AI-enhanced decks, reports, and visuals for events, case studies, and proposals.Continuously test and recommend new AI tools or automation workflows to improve output efficiency.Procurement, Awards & RecognitionResearch and support in managing procurement registrations for business visibility.Support in award submissions, preparing content, visuals, and required documentation.Maintain an updated list of upcoming opportunities, award timelines, and submission statuses.Quality Control & ReportingQC all web pages, landing pages, and marketing materials before publishing.Track campaign metrics, social media analytics, and website performance.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting growth and insights.Maintain dashboards for marketing KPIs, event outcomes, and leads in Google Sheets.Internal Coordination & Asset ManagementCoordinate regularly with SEO, Paid Media, Design, Social Media, and Production teams to ensure tasks are executed smoothly.Organize and lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables, share updates, and communicate upcoming initiatives.Maintain a Google Drive repository of all marketing materials, decks, case studies, and reports.Keep detailed records of ongoing projects, campaign calendars, and marketing assets.Podcast Management & OperationsManage end-to-end podcast operations, ensuring smooth execution from planning to publishing.Research and prepare guest lists aligned with the agency’s brand and audience.Reach out to potential guests, coordinate with their teams or managers, and schedule interviews.Book studio slots, handle recording logistics, and manage post-production edits.Ensure episodes are edited, captioned, and shared for approval before posting.Handle episode publishing and promotional rollout across all platforms.Create and schedule social media content around each episode (teasers, quotes, behind-the-scenes clips, etc.).Boost and promote podcast content organically and via paid media to drive reach, engagement, and brand growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Maintain a podcast tracker sheet with guest details, episode status, publishing schedule, and analytics.Ideal Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or Brand Communication.Strong understanding of performance marketing - ability to interpret data, manage funnels, and collaborate with ad teams for lead generation.Experience in brand-building and positioning - understands consistent tone, design, and storytelling that build brand authority.Proactive in testing and implementing AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and automationA creative mindset and strong aesthetic eye -
