Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales plans and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing and motivating a sales team, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, gathering market insights, and generating qualified leads. Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams to support marketing and business development efforts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Business Development within the B2B or technology sectorStrong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship ManagementKnowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation toolsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targetsExperience with Demand Generation, Content Syndication, and Data Intelligence is a plusProficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-makingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
