Ahmadyar Developments is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Manager-Off Plan with a strong background in real estate development within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in off-plan property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining excellent client relations.Key Responsibilities:Utilize the company’s portfolio of off-plan projects to present strategic investment opportunities to real estate agencies and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific investment objectives and financial goals.Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agencies, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are consistently met and fostering repeat business.Take ownership of individual sales targets, utilizing your expertise to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities. Consistently exceed sales expectations while ensuring that the company’s offerings are effectively represented.Develop and present periodic sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing insights into future sales trends.Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports. Regularly review CRM functionalities, suggest improvements, and ensure data accuracy for effective decision-making.Oversee and manage the closing process for all property deals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Monitor the receipt of payments and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests. Identify opportunities for future business, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.Provide detailed feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activity. Use insights to inform sales strategies, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives.
