The ideal candidate is a data-driven, growth-oriented marketer who blends creativity with analytical precision.You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, data analytics, and automation workflows to accelerate HV Holdings’ Social Commerce growth across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.📍 Location: 255–257 Bình Lợi, Bình Thạnh District, HCMC💼 Type: Full-time💰 Salary: 20M VND/month + KPI bonusResponsibilities:1️⃣ Analyze market trends, audience insights, and channel data to develop actionable growth strategies.2️⃣ Build and execute marketing plans aligned with revenue, retention and brand goals.3️⃣ Manage Meta & TikTok Ads campaigns focusing on performance, conversion, and ROI optimization.4️⃣ Run A/B tests and apply automation tools (Ad rules, CRM flows, remarketing) to scale results.5️⃣ Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Data teams to align content and conversion strategy.6️⃣ Track key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention Rate) via dashboards and reports.7️⃣ Identify & fix funnel bottlenecks (AARRR, Conversion Path, Cohort) to improve growth efficiency.8️⃣ Present data-driven insights and optimization proposals to management for decision-making.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or E-commerce.• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth / Performance roles.• Proficient in Meta & TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio / Power BI, and CRM systems.• Understanding of automation tools (Ad rules, remarketing triggers, CRM workflows).• Strong analytical and reporting skills; data-driven mindset.• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.IndustryRetail/Ecommerce
