Carousell is backed by leading investors, including Telenor Group, Rakuten Ventures, Naver, STIC Investments and Sequoia Capital India.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Implement marketing campaigns across both in-app and out of app channels, develop an understanding of measuring campaign performanceEnsure day-to-day operational excellence of marketing activitiesConceptualize social media strategy, manage and execute ideas on social media platforms. Create engaging, informative and visually appealing contentLiaising with internal stakeholders to produce and develop marketing assetsSupport the team with data reporting and generating insightsExecute Marketing in-app activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize in-app marketing campaigns using CRM tools and platforms. Monitor user behavior and engagement within the Carousell app and provide insights to improve campaign performance.Ideate and test low-cost social content: Generate creative ideas and concepts for engaging social media content. Utilize basic filming and editing skills to create hacky videos. Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content creation strategies accordinglyQualificationsThis is a full-time, 6-month internship starting January 2026.Currently pursuing a course majoring in Marketing or Business in a Polytechnic or University. Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.Strong copywriting skillsAbility to generate insights and recommendations from large datasetsProficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications, particularly Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs and Powerpoint/SlidesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems within operating constraints.Multi-tasker with strong project management capabilityTeam player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environmentKeen interest in Carousell and how secondhand marketplaces operateAvailable to commit to full-time work for 6 monthsAdditional InformationBy proceeding with your application, you are adhering to our PDPA policies.
