OverviewSoftwarica College of IT and E-Commerce is seeking few of motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Admissions team. The intern will play an active role in supporting the college’s marketing campaigns, social media activities, event promotions, and student counseling initiatives.This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education marketing, digital communication, and student engagement — ideal for students pursuing a career in marketing, media, or higher education administration.Key Responsibilities Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Support the team in planning and promoting college events such as orientations, open houses, fairs, and workshops.Capture and organize photos and videos during events for promotional use.Help distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, merchandise) and ensure brand consistency.Conduct market research on student interests, competitor institutions, and digital trends.Assist in digital marketing efforts such as campaign monitoring, lead tracking, and performance reporting.Provide college counseling support by assisting prospective students and parents with program information, admission procedures, and event participation.Maintain and update the inquiry and leads database, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.Collaborate with student ambassadors and alumni for testimonial collection, stories, and promotional initiatives.Support the marketing department with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Media, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for marketing, creativity, and digital media.Basic familiarity with social media tools, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.Enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic photography, videography, or editing skills will be an added advantage.What do we offer:Practical exposure to real-world marketing and admissions operations in the education sector.Opportunity to collaborate with professionals in marketing, design, and student counseling.Mentorship and skill development in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.Friendly, supportive, and innovative work environment.Internship certificate and experience letter upon successful completion.Potential for future employment based on performance and contribution.Interested candidates are requested to drop their resume and cover letter at 'msm@softwarica.edu.np' with the subject line “Application for Marketing Intern – Softwarica College” by November 10, 2025.
