Senior Laravel Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Laravel Engineer (5+ YOE) to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, ensure application scalability, and improve performance. This role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, build, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Laravel.Design and manage efficient database structures and queries.Ensure high performance and responsiveness across all layers of the application.Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code in PHP.Collaborate with the engineering, product, and design teams on feature planning and delivery.Implement modern front-end integration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Maintain code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot application issues and implement reliable bug fixes.Apply best practices for application security and data protection.Contribute to improving overall technical architecture and development processes.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Software Engineer, including substantial experience with Laravel.Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript.Solid understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern design patterns.Strong experience in relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and query optimization.Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting project KPIs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in remote teams.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience building and scaling SaaS platforms.Exposure to cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise software environments.Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).Practical knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
