Senior React Native DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced and self-directed Senior React Native Developer who possesses strong UI/UX design capabilities to take complete end-to-end ownership of multiple mobile applications. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring expertise across the entire product lifecycle—from design and technical planning to development, deployment, and full platform management.Key Responsibilities● Full Product Lifecycle Management: Own, plan, design the user interface and wireframes, develop, test, deploy, and provide post-launch support and upgrades for multiple React Native applications simultaneously.●   Design & UX Leadership: Independently design app screens, user flows, and frames. Proactively generate design ideas and propose enhancements to existing screens for a better, more intuitive User Experience (UX).●   Hands-On Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to build engaging, pixel-perfect user interfaces and robust, scalable application logic.●   Architectural Leadership: Define architecture, make key technical decisions, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.●   Platform & Store Management: Expertly manage the complete release cycle across both the Apple Developer Program (App Store) and Google Play Console, including submission, review response, certificate and provisioning profile management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.●   Integration & Support: Manage integrations with third-party services and APIs. Quickly diagnose and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.●   Upgrades & Maintenance: Proactively manage React Native and dependency upgrades to keep applications modern, secure, and compliant.Required Skills & Experience●   3+ years focused specifically on React Native.●   Demonstrated ability to design and wireframe mobile interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio or examples of work that showcase excellent UI/UX design principles.●   Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux/MobX/Context API, and modern front-end development tools.●   Proven experience leading the development and deployment of multiple, consumer-facing mobile applications from scratch to production.●   Mandatory: Expert-level knowledge of the mobile deployment ecosystem, including:○   Apple: Certificates, Provisioning Profiles, TestFlight, and App Store Connect management.○   Google: Keystores, AAB/APK management, and Google Play Console release management.●   Strong understanding of native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio) and continuous integration (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).●   Experience in performance optimization, caching strategies, and managing offline synchronization.Nice to Have●   Experience defining and maintaining a cross-platform design system.●   Experience with native module development in Objective-C/Swift/Java/Kotlin.●   Familiarity with GraphQL.This role is for a proactive, autonomous leader who acts as a hybrid designer, developer, and product owner, delivering high-quality mobile products from concept to user support
