Specializing in retail and distribution of footwear, eyewear, apparel, and accessories, Al Boom Marine has a legacy of over 35 years in the market.The company's retail network includes their multi-brand concepts, Beyond the Beach, Beyond the Bike, and Beyond the Street, as well as concept stores from renowned brands such as Reebok, Oakley, Rip Curl, and Seafolly, among others.Role Description:The Marketing Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for the company. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing projects and budgets, planning and executing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role will require maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, partners, and agencies while driving customer engagement and growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing plans that align with brand identity and business objectives, targeting sports and active lifestyle consumers.Manage end-to-end campaigns including product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and brand activations both online and offline.Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships, and paid media.Collaborate with ecommerce, merchandising, and retail operations teams to ensure seamless brand experience across all customer touchpoints.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Manage budgets, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships to maximize marketing ROI.Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.Lead community engagement efforts including events, sponsorships, and collaborations that resonate with sports and fitness audiences.Drive loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives to build long-term brand affinity.Stay current on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and consumer behaviors in the sports and lifestyle sectors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports, lifestyle, or retail sectors.Proven experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Passion for sports, fitness, and lifestyle culture with an understanding of the target consumer.Experience working with creative agencies, influencers, and event management is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting quickly to market changes.
