(All round marketing Manager (Mid level) demand gen, Mid-snr level, B2B , Content, Events, CRM (Monday.com), PR, lead generation, strategy execution, Digital, Branding, hands on)Global Demand generation agency who partner with the likes of Google, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, PWC etc This is an In-House role - hands on! London , city / Hybrid(Agency background / B2B company around 100-300 people, would be idealAMAZING culture - great team (Co circa 100 staff) - and growing... The RoleThis is a hands-on role responsible for leading the agency’s marketing and business development efforts across digital, content, events, CRM, proposals, and brand visibility. You will be the engine behind their growth, ensuring their brand is consistently represented and their pipeline is full of high-quality opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Communications● Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.● Manage and optimise digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.● Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, vlog / podcasts) and ensure brand consistency.● Lead award submissions and industry recognition efforts.● Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.● Identify PR opportunities for the agency, where necessary working with external PR representatives.New Business Management● Work closely with the new business team to create proposals and RFP responses, ensuring high-quality, tailored submissions.● Collaborate with the new business team to align outreach and conversion strategies.● Identify opportunities for the agency and it’s leadership team to be represented at industry events, trade shows, and, speaker and networking opportunities.CRM & Data Management● Own and manage the CRM system for the agency (Pipedrive, with the migration to monday.com in Q1 2026) ensuring data integrity and usability.● Segment and maintain marketing lists, track engagement, and generate monthly pipeline and opportunity reports.● Use analytics to inform strategy and improve lead nurturing and conversion.Event Management● Plan and execute agency-led and client-facing events.● Support event promotion through all relevant channels.Skills & Experience Required● 3-5 years in B2B marketing and business development, ideally within an agency environment.● Proven experience managing digital marketing channels and CRM platforms.● Strong writing and communication skills, especially for proposals and content.● Excellent project management and organisational abilities.● Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial mindset.Desirable Attributes● Experience with global campaigns and international markets.● Knowledge of the B2B tech landscape and enterprise sales cycles.● Creative flair and ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging.● Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
