If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, this role offers the chance to lead national marketing efforts, shape major pitch strategies, and help grow one of the most dynamic teams in the business.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work closely with senior leaders across Australia to drive growth, build our brand, and win new business. Your day-to-day will include:Leading marketing and business development strategies nationallyManaging major pitch opportunities from start to finish: strategy, messaging, design, and deliveryDeveloping standout campaigns and marketing collateralCreating compelling presentations and storytelling that showcase our successRunning client engagement initiatives, boardroom lunches, and sector targetingDriving digital marketing to boost visibility and generate leadsBringing fresh ideas and creative communication to everything you doHelping creating a clear value propositionQualificationsWe’re after someone with:A degree in marketing, business, or communicationsAt least 2 years’ experience in B2B or professional services marketingStrong campaign and pitch management skillsExcellent writing, organisation, and attention to detailA solid grasp of digital marketing and lead generationConfidence using Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe InDesign (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Salesforce are a plus)Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
