From everyday civilians and tourists to elite law enforcement, our 43,000 sq. ft. facility trains minds under pressure. We’re growing fast and need a strategic, AI-forward marketing leader to drive that growth across local, tourist, and event markets.Role SummaryWe’re seeking a hands-on, traction-focused, data-driven Marketing Manager who can set strategy, lead a small team, and maximize the power of AI tools to scale Decision Tactical’s attendance and reach. This role oversees all aspects of demand generation, brand growth, and conversion performance—across three key markets:Tourists visiting the Orlando areaLocal general public (civilian & enthusiast traffic)Corporate and law enforcement event clientsYou must be comfortable blending strategic thinking with tactical execution and managing a lean, AI-assisted team to outperform large teams with larger budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipOwn the full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness to conversion to retention)Translate business goals into targeted, measurable marketing campaignsLead a nimble team of 3–5 people plus external contractors/vendorsReport directly to the CEO with clear performance metrics and impact updatesGrowth Marketing & AI-Driven CampaignsOversee performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.Direct the use of AI platforms (e.g. ADXL, Artisan AI, Smartly.io, 11x) to scale creative output and campaign testingManage budgets, CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics to optimize spendContent, Brand, and ExperienceGuide brand messaging and tone across all channels (web, email, social, print)Ensure video, graphic, and written content aligns with audience segmentsPartner with team to generate high-conversion ads and organic content using AI and UGCAnalytics & OptimizationDefine KPIs across channels; lead reporting using GA4, Qlik, CRM dashboardsLeverage AI and automation for A/B testing, funnel analysis, and remarketingImprove visibility and attribution across CRM, booking tools, point of sale systems, and WordPress siteEvent, Partner, and Local MarketingPromote and optimize in-house events and group bookingsDrive strategic partnerships with hotels, convention bureaus, and influencersOversee listing and content strategy across platforms like Eventbrite, Fever, Google Events, and local tourism sitesRequired Qualifications5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership roleDemonstrated experience with AI-enhanced marketing tools and automationHands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)Solid understanding of data tracking, marketing attribution, and funnel performanceProven ability to lead small teams and wear multiple hats effectivelyPreferred ExperienceExperience in tourism, attractions, entertainment, timeshare market, or tactical training sectorsFamiliarity with tools like WordPress, Zapier, and Qlik SenseStrong portfolio showing integrated campaigns and growth outcomesComfort with rapid testing and iteration using AI-generated contentWhat Success Looks LikeSignificant and measurable increase in bookings, foot traffic, and membershipsLocal and tourist markets consistently fed through high-performing funnelsClear ROI from AI tools and efficient campaign execution with a lean teamA proactive, goal-oriented marketing team that thrives under your leadershipPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance bonusesOptions PlanJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
