In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end DTC performance, and be the strategic driver behind our ambitious goal of reaching $50M in annual revenue within the next 2–3 years.This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and is ready to make a real difference.Core ResponsibilitiesTeam Growth: Collaborate with Marketing Operations team of 2-3 to drive DTC growth by 2025.Agencies Management: Manage performance agencies (Email, Google Ads, Amazon) to drive growth.Product Launch Success: Work cross functionally with different stakeholders to prepare for product launch, optimization, and scale.RequirementsMust-Have RequirementsExperience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce marketing with a proven track record in performance growth.Website & Landing Page Execution:Familiar with Shopify & landing page builders like: Gempage, Replo, PageFly.Candidate must be willing and able to build landing pages & configure website on your own.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, TikTok Ads, and CRO tools.Solid grasp of budget planning and allocation - able to manage ~1 billion VND/month efficiently.Must be comfortable with performance analysis; good mental math is a plus.Demonstrate strong action-oriented thinking (HOW) and strategic thinking (WHY) in decision-making.Candidate Type: Plug-and-Play candidate only; no room for "potential" candidates with no practical experience.Behavioral CompetenciesIntegrity: The No. 1 required quality.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to make unemotional, logic-based decisions, while leading with authenticity and empathy.Discipline: High level of discipline with zero tolerance for undisciplined behavior.Mentorship: Ability to lead by example and develop junior team members into high performers.Psychological Understanding: Understanding how performance creatives work for each ad platform.Listening Skills: Ability to make others feel heard and valued during discussions and team interactions.Alignment with our core values and behaviors. Read more about our culture here: https://www.patigroup.com/t/culture.Nice-to-Have RequirementsRegional Experience: Experience with U.S. or EU e-commerce markets.Technical Skills: Experience with Klaviyo and marketing automation tools.Growth Experience: Experience working in hyper-growth environments or startups scaling from Series A to Series C.Compensation and BenefitsIncome: Competitive salary per month + incentive based on performance (negotiate).Performance Bonuses:Monthly Bonus: If the team achieves a $1M net profit target, bonuses of $1K-$3K are paid monthly.Annual Bonus: This can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.Equity Offer: Potential to transition into a Head of Media / Marketing Director role with an equity offer.Team ManagementReports to: CEO.Career Path: Potential promotion to Marketing Director based on performance.Current team dynamic: 3 Marketing Operators, working with cross-functional Community & Affiliate team and 4 performance marketing agencies.Expected team size by 2026: 5-6 Marketing Operators (3 Assistant Managers and 3 Senior Associates).Working LocationOn-site, 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.Working HoursMonday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.(Make sure you have read and agreed to our working location and hours, including joining our Saturday activities.)
