We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of Elevate’s marketing — leading everything from brand storytelling to content creation, digital strategy, and production. You’ll work closely with our Founder to capture Elevate’s voice and story, turning ideas into authentic, engaging content that connects with our clients and community. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives on both vision and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Storytelling: Conduct weekly interviews with Jayme to capture Elevate’s story, insights, and brand voice.Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns.Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content across Elevate’s and Jayme’s social platforms, maintaining consistency and engagement.Podcast Management: Oversee all aspects of production — from scheduling and recording to editing and repurposing content.Video Production: Film and edit team videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and short-form educational content. Create content for team to follow.Email Marketing: Write and distribute newsletters and automations that nurture leads and build community.Sales Collateral Development: Design and produce marketing and sales materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, proposals, and digital brochures to support Elevate’s growth initiatives.Performance Tracking: Review analytics to assess content performance and recommend improvements.Collaboration: Coordinate with leadership and contractors to align branding, messaging, and creative direction.Ideal Candidate5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative productionStrong storytelling, writing, and editing skillsExperience filming and editing video content (Reels, YouTube, podcast clips)Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and social scheduling toolsWebflow experience a plusSEM Rush or other marketing analytics/reporting experience a plusQBO (QuickBooks Online) familiarity a plus but not requiredExperience developing branded sales materials or proposalsHas a strong eye for detail and designSelf-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-throughComfortable working directly with leadership and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion
