Albaugh Slovenia is the business shared center for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa business and the core production site for the European business.Role Description• Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for EMEA Region in alignment with the company's goals.• Manage the Marketing EMEA team and work closely with regulatory, technical, project management and commercial teams.• Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, product launches, event coordination, and promotional activities targeting specific regions or products.• Actively monitor and report on competitor performance.• Develop training materials and resources for internal teams, distributors, and partners regarding product features, benefits, and unique selling points.• Manage marketing budgetsQualifications• 10+ years of experience in a marketing or product strategy within the agricultural or agrochemical industry• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software. MS Teams, Jira/Confluence, Egnyte.• Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages relevant to the EMEA region is an added value.
