This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with a solid understanding of marketing in the hospitality industry and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.As Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with and report to the Brand Director to bring the company’s brand strategy to life—ensuring cohesive messaging, campaign execution, and cross-departmental alignment across all platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy in alignment with overall brand positioning and business goalsCoordinate all marketing operations between the head office and properties, ensuring consistent communication and brand applicationPlan, execute, and monitor digital, PR, and offline marketing campaignsSupport the Brand Director in managing the marketing calendar and campaigns across all business unitsWork collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activities with revenue and occupancy goalsManage the marketing budget efficiently and report on campaign performance and ROIOversee the daily tasks of the marketing department and liaise with agencies, designers, and content creatorsConduct competitor analysis and research to support ongoing brand developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or tourismExperience in campaign planning, brand management, and budget trackingStrong organizational and communication skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Confident with digital marketing tools and reportingA collaborative and hands-on approach with an eye for detailWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to the marketing efforts of one of Turkey’s most established hospitality brandsA collaborative and creative working environment under the guidance of the Brand DirectorCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth within the organization📩 How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief cover letter via LinkedIn or directly to sibel.koca@marti.com.tr.s
