Job Description

Role Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for tasking and supporting the entire marketing team on B2C and B2B initiatives, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.  This individual is highly organized, highly motivated, with experience in managing effective marketing campaigns and communications across multiple platforms (web, print, email, social). You have a deep understanding of advertising best practices, data analytics, and campaign KPI’s and ROI calculations, and can make marketing decisions and campaign success assessments.  This is a full-time, in-office position. Links to examples of creative work and/or previous campaigns should be included in resume. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the VP of Marketing in planning, creating and executing campaigns across all promotional media.Manage review process companywide with respect to outgoing marketing campaigns.Organic and Paid social media account management (posting, replies)Assist with PR drafting and campaign assets managementWebsite revisions planning, asset accumulation, and content drafting, work with the Digital Marketing and Website Manager to execute upcoming overhaulHelp manage ongoing SEO, AEO and SEM (paid search) initiativesSupport the affiliate (referral) marketing program by keeping key participants updated with new product information and promotional assets.Assist in the concepting, design and trafficking of new banner ads (jpegs, GIF, HTML5) and online video (OLV) assets for ongoing campaign refresh and specialty needsWork with the B2B sales team, Strategic Accounts Coordinator, and the Marketing Specialist on developing social media and promotional assets and email communication initiatives to help our sales team promote Medjet via their opt-in and association partnershipsManage relationships with larger B2B partnership programs that have evolved into more marketing-based responsibilities (AARP, Morgan Stanley, etc.)Salesforce Account Management, Drip Campaign architecture and content for B2B SalesPardot dispatch of monthly member communications, newsletters and other batch emailsInfluencer relationships oversight and payment flowGeneral Department managerial (invoice tracking and marketing spend reconciliation)Some travel is required (conferences, trade shows, meetings)SKILLS REQUIRED:This is first and foremost a Strategy and Task Management positionStrong Adobe Suite skills a mustBachelor’s Degree5+ years brand or agency experience in general marketing, social media marketing, brand creative asset production and corporate / key partners and stakeholders communicationStrong digital file management, organizational skills, and communication skillsExperience with email marketing platforms (design / construction), Pardot and Salesforce a big plusIn depth understanding of social media analytics and native platform dashboardsUnderstanding of brand standards, brand narrative and effective thought leadershipAn uncompromising level of detail, and an understanding of marketing strategy and design best practices. You are self-driven, with excellent follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and execute many tasks while meeting strict deadlines.Organization Medjet is the premier global air-medical transport and security response membership program for travelers.
